A SMALLER ADMIN ROUTINE

Three steps.
Then back to your day.

Work inside your spreadsheet, with the details you actually need.

01

Choose your PDFs.

Select invoices or bank statements from Google Drive, or choose a folder to import from.

FILES OR FOLDER
02

Make the columns yours.

Choose fields such as supplier, invoice number, date, currency, totals, or individual transactions. Add optional file details for reference.

YOUR FIELD SELECTION
03

Import. Review. Done.

Bring the results into your selected sheet, with a link to each source file. Review the numbers against the originals before using them.

ROWS YOU CAN WORK WITH

FOR THE NEXT BATCH, TOO

Set a rhythm.
Skip the repeats.

Keep adding PDFs to a folder and let a daily schedule handle the next import. Choose a time zone, pause whenever you need, and check the latest result from the add-on.

KEEP THE CONTEXT

The details matter.

A way back to the original.

Source links are always included. File name, file path, and file creation time are optional columns.

Columns that can grow with you.

New fields are added as new columns. Existing columns stay in place, and values are matched by column name.

Repeat imports, on your terms.

Files already present in the destination sheet are skipped by default. Turn skipping off to replace that file’s existing rows, including manual edits.

KNOW WHERE YOUR DATA GOES

Your documents deserve
a clear explanation.

The add-on reads the PDFs you select, or PDFs in the folder you schedule. Document text is sent to DeepSeek for AI extraction; results are written to your chosen Google Sheet. This website does not accept document uploads.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

What files can I import?

PDF invoices and bank statements in Google Drive. Folder imports include PDFs directly inside the selected folder, not subfolders. Each PDF must be no larger than 10 MB. Very long documents may need to be split.

Will the same file be imported twice?

By default, the add-on skips a file if its source link already appears in the destination sheet. Copies with different Drive file IDs and overlapping transactions in different documents are not automatically deduplicated.

Can I use different sheets for invoices and bank statements?

Yes. Create separate imports with their own folders, fields, and target sheets. Separate tabs help keep the two kinds of records organized.

Do I still need to review the results?

Yes. AI extraction can miss or misread information. Check dates, amounts, currencies, and transactions against the source before relying on the results for accounting, tax, payments, or reporting.

How do I get help or ask about installation?
