INVOICE AND BANK STATEMENT TO SHEETS
Terms of Service
The terms for using the website, PDF imports, and daily schedules.
Effective date: November 4, 2026
1. Using the service
These Terms of Service apply to Invoice and Bank Statement to Sheet, its website, and its import and scheduling features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on. You must be legally able to enter an agreement, and have authority to act for any organization whose records you process.
The service is provided by the developer contactable at appwould.work@gmail.com. These terms do not imply an affiliation with Google.
2. What the add-on does
The add-on helps you extract information from PDF invoices and bank statements in Google Drive and write the results to a selected Google Sheet. Available features include selected fields, source links, optional file metadata, duplicate-file skipping, and daily folder-import schedules.
Daily run times are approximate. Platform quotas, document size, authorizations, network conditions, or service interruptions may delay or prevent completion. Large imports can continue in later batches. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular processing time, or support for every PDF layout.
3. Your documents and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your source documents and output. You authorize the processing needed to perform imports and schedules you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to process the documents and any personal information they contain.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of credentials, or interference with the service or its providers. Do not submit records subject to restrictions that the service cannot meet.
You are responsible for selecting the correct folder, fields, target sheet, schedule, and time zone, and for keeping appropriate backups. If you authorize a schedule, it may process new files placed directly in its selected folder until you pause, delete, or revoke access to it.
4. Review all extracted information
AI-generated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Review all results against the original documents, especially amounts, dates, currencies, account information, and repeated transactions. The service does not provide accounting, tax, financial, audit, or legal advice, and its output is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Duplicate-file skipping identifies source files already present in a destination sheet. It does not promise business-level deduplication across different files, copied PDFs, or overlapping statements.
5. Changes to your spreadsheet
Imports add rows and may add newly selected columns. If you turn off “Skip already imported files,” a successful re-import replaces all existing rows for that source file, including manual edits. You should back up affected data before choosing replacement.
The add-on attempts to retain existing data when extraction fails. Spreadsheet writes and deletion of old rows are not a single atomic operation; an interruption can require manual inspection and cleanup. Pausing or deleting a schedule does not delete already imported rows.
6. Third-party processing and permissions
The service relies on Google services and the DeepSeek API. These providers can have separate terms, policies, limits, and availability. Document text is transferred to DeepSeek to provide extraction. Read the Privacy Policy before importing sensitive records.
Your Google permissions must remain valid for imports and schedules to run. You can revoke access through your Google Account. We do not gain ownership of your documents through these terms.
7. Availability and any charges
This website does not accept payments or create a paid subscription. Any future paid offering, limits, or charges must be disclosed separately before you incur them. Separate costs or limits under your own arrangements with Google or another provider remain your responsibility.
We may update, limit, or discontinue features and may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens service security. You may stop using the service at any time; delete schedules and revoke access if you want processing to stop.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including reliance on unreviewed extraction results.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Applicable law governs any limitations and your available rights.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Updated terms are published here with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights or processing, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Contact us about questions or concerns before continuing if you do not accept a change.
